Research theme: Population biology of cooperative behaviors inPseudomonas aeruginosa

I work on the evolution of cooperative and altruistic behaviours in microorganism communities. I study how living in a community can influence a microorganisms’ investment in helping behaviours and how these behaviours impact the community in return. I will examine how multiple biotic interactions can affect the maintenance and evolution of cooperative behaviours. My research involves both experimental evolution and theoretical work (modeling).
